    What's this nonsense about someone being old and not fit for certain positions? In the US, the CEOs of most corporations are in their 60s. And again, people stay on up to 70 years in the civil service and still work hard.

    Kwame, the head of the GHS is not a civil service appointment. This is a political appointment and does not fall under the age limit rule. Therefore the issue of one being over 60 and cannot function effectively is baseless.
