WHY MAHAMA THE COMMUNICATOR FAILED
According to Koku Anyidoho, a Deputy General Secretary of the NDC, “we [NDC] didn’t communicate well; we didn’t reach out well on certain issues”.
This is a great indictment on the competence of Mahama as a communicator and a leader of the NDC. Mahama is simply a moron.

Hhhhmmm. Strange that the Minister of Information will be deriding civil servants to justify the elephant size government, when the evidence is clear that most civil servants are far superior in experience and credentials than most of these political people being brought to the government.
