Resignation is not the issue but the way these thugs will be treated will tell if the NPP is ready to be neutral in justice delivery irrespective of party affiliations.

When you PLACE anybody in APPREHENSION of FEAR of Bodily Harm, you have ASSAULTED the Person.

The Judge was placed in that situation from which she had to RETREAT to SAFETY in her own Courtroom. That meets the Legal Definition of ASSAULT.

The POLICE must run their PRESS RELEASES by their Legal Counsel and STOP making ASSES of ALL of US and themselves.

The Regional Police Boss want to tell the whole world that an intention to cause assault is no crime. Even a police recruit knows it is an offence punishable under the law. Either he is demoted or sacked period.
