The big question is why are they mostly kayayei? Are they the only poor region of Ghana? Why are the people of Central and Volta not mainly kayayeis? What happened to the PAF-Poverty Alleviation Fund for the North under Mahama? These people had to march to tell their story about how their own kin, Mahama and his NDC had deceived them and squandered the SADA money only to send them back with headpans. Hassan Ayariga boasts of how many cars and houses he's got and not factories. Check the most corrupt individual list under NDC and you'll see 70% were northerners but they never invested in their people. No one is promoting them but showcasing how you left them with all the SADA billions.
