Koforidua is the largest town why should anyone deprive it of positions especially the MMCE? Hackman Owusu Agyeman should carry his disgrace. If genda is the problem Koforidua has so many educated ladies to take up the work so why Effiduase? Koforidua once had a female mp so who think there are no women to take up that position from there? Why should Hackman Owusu Agyeman direct everything to Effiduase?
