Kweku Baako is RIGHT ON the MARK. This will lead to NOTHING. If what the NDC seeks to establish is 'INSIDER TRADING', the ELEMENTS are NOT present in a SALE that was made PUBLIC weeks before it was CONSUMMATED and other parties had equal opportunity and NOTICE to participate.

These BABIES with SHARP TEETH must STOP embarrassing ALL of US as if we are BRAINLESS.

Certainly, the Buyer in such transactions would consider the PEDIGREE of the SYNDICATORS and the BRAINS behind the sale as part of their DUE DILIGENCE. Those who have dealt with the Finance Minister in the past have an advantage in this regard because they know the man better than other participants. And for this reason, may go DEEPER.

Has any would-be INVESTOR complained that they were denied the OPPORTUNITY to invest because of ILLEGAL MACHINATIONS or Misconduct by any BUYER or BUYERS?

Are the Interest Rates attached to the Bonds OUT of LINE with prevailing Market Rates for a Country with JUNK BOND STATUS such as Ghana?

Kweku, I have pretty good knowledge about these bonds which in financial or chartered accountancy terms we call securities or simply Bonds.

I wish the NDC pundits shall heed to your professional advise and at least google the subject matter of international bonds or securities from the websites of any of international financial institutions and read the basics of securing or contracting such bonds.

The NDC is simply making the adage of "if you want to hide facts from the Ghanaian, put it in writing or in books". Simply because some Ghanaians find it difficult to read.

The NDC finds it difficult to read, hence their going to internationalize their incompetence and lack of knowledge.

Kweku, the best to have done was to keep quite for the NDC to face the realities of the day.

My respect for Mr. Baako remains undeminished but my trust in his outputs keeps depleting. Npp tell lies with wisdom and diplomacy but Ndc, needless to say a thing but Bombay,kindly be impartially balanced with them.
