  You reject the DCEs at your own risk of losing development. Do not complain if you lag behind in development whilst those were wise to approve theirs see development in their respective areas

  Reasons for their rejection had been made known. What else? The era if imposition is long gone and tested people with human and community interest must be put in responsible and sensitive positions in contemporary Ghana.
