Prof. Adei did not allow the civil service structure that enveloped the institution, to hinder the grand vision he had for the institution. He did all he could to bring it to become an institution of excellence. He did all these within a decade or less. If Prof.Adei had remained at the institution it could well rival Legon in structure and substance, in a matter of a years. You were at GIMPA and because of money we all saw the caliber of politicians who turned students over night and flocked to the institution you once headed to enroll in programs to become lawyers and were awarded various dubious Graduate degrees. I wonder if you questioned the caliber of students who were admitted then and now. You should not be surprised the politicians cannot turn Ghana into a tourist destination. They will rather steal our money, stash it in Dubai, go there with their families on lavish vacations and enjoy their spoils (Do you remember the immediate past president of Ghana?)
