So one does not know what Haruna Iddrisu is talking about with respect to their borrowing. NDC will not be doing anything by keeping NPP on it's toes, because NPP has always meant serious absolute business with the task of governance and proper development that translates into rapid growth, progress and prosperity. That means, as much as we have a bunch of incompetent debt around we will continue to look for soft loans to reduce the monthly debt burden on the country. That means although we are borrowing, the country debt stock will remain the same. Secondly, all the the criminal contracts you signed will be paid off with new better loans so that the country can enter into new and better contracts.
