  Since 1974 more than forty years nobody from Dagomba or Moshie has become CEO. We also have qualification to become CEO. Dr. Akolbila has no PhD but the one that we are fighting for has and competent too”.

KOLBILA DAVID IS NOT A CARD BEARING MEMBER OF THE PARTY BUT SUDDENLY SCHEMED HIS WAY THROUGH TO BE CAME THE CEO. MORE SO THE PEOPLE IN THE REGION ARE SAYING THAT FOR OVER 43YRS NO NORTHERNER(N/R) OR MUSLEM HAS EVER MANAGE THE HOSPITAL AND SO THE NATIVES WERE EXPECTING THE GOVERNMENT TO CONSIDER EITHER DR. ABASS WHO IS A NEUROSURGEON OR DR.DR. MOHAMMED MOHAMMED IBRAHIM WHO IS A PATHOLOGISTS, PHD HOLDER IN FORENSIC PATHOLOGIST AND SENIOR LECTURES AT UDS MEDICAL SCHOOL BUT BOTH WERE REJECTED WITHOUT ANY GOOD REASON. MANY NPP FOOT-SOLDIERS, ELDERS, BIG MALLAMS AND THE CHIEFS . ARE NOT HAPPY BECAUSE THEY BELIEVED DR BAWUMIA INFLUENCE SUCH DECISION. THE FACT IS THAT, THE CURRENT CEO; DR. AKANBONG IS FROM UPPER EAST AND SUPPOSED NEW CEO DR. AKOLBILA IS ALSO FROM THE UPPER EAST AND ALSO THE ADMINISTER IS FROM THE SAME REGION(U/E). THERE IS NO FAIRNESS IN TRIBAL BALANCE, HENCE SOMETHING MUST BE DONE URGENTLY TO STOP FUTURE PROBLEMS IN THE PARTY. NPP PLEASE TAKE OR NOT, THE FUTURE WILL TELL, I REST MY CASE IN GOOD FAITH BECAUSE GOD IS WATCHING AND I BELIEVED IN JUSTICE. FIND OUT WHO IS MORE COMPETENT, WELL-RESPECTED IN TTH, COMMITTED TO WORK IN TTH, AND LOVED BY ALL THE WORKERS IN TTH. TRUTH IS ONE NOT TWO. We will never move forward with this mindset. Don't tell me it's in the north, it is replicated all over the country. Ridge hospital CEO was sacked on party lines.

  Whoever qualifies for that position must have gone through a process. The person is a public servant and for that matter an employee of the Ghana Health Service and not the Ministry of Health (though the GHS) is under the ministry.
  The minister himself has no right to wage into this again.

All in the NPP SHOULD by now know and understand that 'It is easier said than done' By their fruits we shall know them but not by their hollow words or their braggings. A word to the wise is enough.
