Empty barrels make the most noise. These empty headed NDC propagandist are just blowing hot air over every issue on good governance which the NPP is bringing on board. They should just shut up and give the NPP the chance to clean the mess they have created for the past 8 years. They borrowed to spend on unproductive ventures. The NPP is borrowing wisely to invest in productive ventures which will pay for themselves. That's the difference. So my advice to these block headed and empty barrels to shut up.

Today Nana Akufo-Addo has been brought back alive and well and is made ruler of Ghana. The NDC will remain in the wilderness for 40yrs. The NDC's crime against the people of Ghana has come before God,because the peoples cries were heard by God. The real job of the one that rules is a servant of the one they rule over. It means that to rule you must first learn to serve. Zanator Rawlings of the NDC as young as she is, is more of a leader than the likes of Kofi Adams and rest of his clowns. Learn to serve before you become a leader and you will go places. Jesus washed the feet of his deciples,but now all knees are subjected to His Name.

Line of credit is normally tricky trade finance tool.Its effectiveness depends on the efficiency, timing and viability of the projects the credit is use to finance.In this particular case, the viability of the $19 billion line of credit will depend on Ghanaian beneficiaries. History tells me the odds are high.

The government has said it will table these loans before Parliament so why don't you wait for the fine prints of these loans to interrogate them? Your roles are in Parliament not outside. Making noises on the airwaves will not discourage the current government from pursuing their development agenda? Based on the preliminary information in the public domain, the loan facilities are all targeted at the implementation of key NPP manifesto promises. The NDC should understand that the Chinese are not going to haul wheel barrels of Remimbi into some false bottom buckets in Ghana based on their experience? So Mr Adongo why worry about reckless borrowing?! Or you are afraid Dr. Bawumia will repeat your NDC government 's reckless borrowings for inflated costs projects? Your claim that Ghana does not have the capacity to take on a $19 billion loan facility is laughable, as if Ghana's economy is static? Unlike the NDC economic management team which shrunk the economy , this NPP economic management team is managing for growth and using their experience on Wall Street by introducing financial models in loan acquisitions that will share investments risks with market participants. Ato Forson's claim that the loan will push our debt burden to 130% of GDP shows how incompetent and challenged his knowledge about finance is? Ghana should feel blessed that we have Dr Bawumia, Akoto Osei, Baffour, Osafo Marfo, Ken Ofori Atta, Alan Kyremateng , Afua Boahene and Kwarteng in charge of the economy. We need leaders of vision and with innovative actions. When Dr Nkrumah went for a quarter of a billion dollars from the US government to build the Akosombo Dam , an equivalent of billions in today dollars, we did not argue about capacity to borrow? Today we look on the A-Dam as a strategic and transformational national treasure. Today again , Nana Akuffo Addo iwants to source $10 billion to build build our railway infrastructure to help in the extraction of our minerals and to spur industrial transformation. $2 billion to make us a value added producer instead of suppliers of commodities and consumers of others value added products . And NDC wants to pull him down ? We want to source loans and grants to build bridges and roads and the NDC want it stopped? China has an appetite for metals which we are endowed in the ground. If our former masters could help us extract, they would have done so in the last 60 years? And think about this: if we can seek closer business cooperation to add value to our cocoa to export to China? Imagine if the Chinese add chocolate products to their diet? NDC think ahead ." According to Mr. Know it all Bawumia, the $2bn facility will be relayed to banks in Ghana, then Ghana government will in turn borrow the money to finance the obstreperous one-district-one-factory project, then the government will pay interest over the loans to the banks in Ghana, then the banks in Ghana will in turn pay the Chinese the interest over the loans. That means, the people of Ghana will be paying double interest: one to the banks in Ghana, and the other to the Chinese.

This is the most convoluted financial trickery in the history of Ghana.

In any legal transaction you get what you bargain for so the NDC were not smart and that is why the Chinese could dribble them on the $3.0 billion loan.
I can see a lot of creativity in the way the NPP is handling the governance process and that is why the NDC is dazzled.
Common sense tells you that you use what you want to get what you need. We cannot sit down on natural resources and wallow in abject poverty as a result of bad leadership.
Nana Akuffo Addo, Bawumiah, Ken Ofori- Attah and the economic Management Team go on, we are behind you.
Don't listen to the economic short-sighted NDC party.
I don't think the NPP will create, loot and share to quote the supreme Court judge.
