After the death /murder of Mills NDC lost all its appeal and there was no hope it would ever get back on the right track to serve the interests of the people.NDC is a disappointment and will end up on the landfill of rubbish organizations . NDC became a corrupt party with an ineffective Presudent Mahama who was only interested in enriching himself through his corrupt brother Ibrahim Mahama, the brother who became rich by receiving government contracts and concessions without the benefit of public bidding and also using his NDC connections to secure international business deals. NDC foot soldiers fought hard for President Mahama in the election campaigns, yet after losing the election, President Mahama chose to blame his loss on a "lame horse", pushing the blame for the loss to the party while distancing himself from any blame. This is the President Mahama who filled his cabinet and government with very young and woefully inexperienced folks while making noise that he has chosen to 'go with the youth". All Mahama wanted was to surround himself with a bunch of inexperienced and thankful "yes sir" appointees who hardly knew how to tie their shoes let alone effectively run the nation. In spite of the chaos and internal turmoil that engulfed the NPP and were rendering it paralyzed, ineffective President Mahama and the hypocritically corrupt NDC still managed to lose the elections. Nothing unprecedented about NDC's loss. NDC courted its own defeat. In these NDC confused leaders, instead of concentrating on honestly assessing the reasons for the loss and embarking on rebuilding and unifying the party, its leaders are running around putting out sound bites about wanting to be flag-bearer. 1. "He who digs a hole for someone will himself fall into it". The NDC dug a hole for NPP and Akuffo-Addo but fell into it themselves.
2. "God lifts up the humble but debases the proud" and "Pride goes before a fall". The NDC were arrogant and very proud of themeselves. Fiifi Kwettey was always lambasting Akuffo Addo that he did not have a law license. Mahama also stoop so low by calling Akuffo Addo "OPANA" while the man was humbling himself before God, even if temporary. God knows everyone's heart.
3. "Do not hold back the wages of the labourer who had worked for you". Ghanaians worked for so many years for the NDC government, expecting a lot of money in areas but the NDC and Seth Terkper could pay only 3 months' areas while they were enjoying. God was very angry.
