I totally agree that this can be done but the pressure of unemployment and greed will stall this progress.The government must try to do away with corruption and all manner of things that frustrate the citizen.If the school system works well and i can guarantee good life for my children,if processing of documents will speed up without any bribe and if one can make ends meet as prevails in other countries whose riches do not equal that of Ghana, then there should be hope for every Ghanaian to tap into it without engaging in anything mischievous.Can you imagine that sometime ago one can go to a public school in the village and pass common entrance and gain addmission to a prestigous school anywhere in Ghana?We are too political in this country and that is killing our developmental agenda.
