The First Vice Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Eastern Region, Alhaji Umar Bodinga has alleged that members of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) are printing President Akufo Addo and NPP’s T-shirt for vigilante activities.
Alhaji Umar Bodinga speaking on ABUSUA NEWS disclosed that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) members are behind vigilante activities ongoing in the country after the 2016 general election to paint President Nana Addo and his NPP party black.
About 20 attacks under the aegis of vigilante groups allied to the NPP party have taken place in Ghana after the December 2016 general polls.
According to Umar Bodinga, NPP executives in the Eastern Region had established that NDC executives are printing Fifty Thousand (50,000) NPP T-shirt for vigilante activities.
Umar Bodinga however condemned the incessant vigilante activities in the country.
”National Democratic Congress (NDC) executives are behind vigilante activities in this country after the December 2016 general elections. We had an intelligence that NDC printing Thousand (50,000) NPP T-shirt for vigilante activities”.
”President Nana Addo is deeply worried about the activities of the vigilante groups but NDC want to make Nana Addo unpopular. I’m using your platform [Abusua FM] to warn NDC members to refrain from their actions” he said.
