Aspiring Presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Prof Joshua Alabi has paid a courtesy call on Zongo Chiefs in Nima and Mamoobi.
The visit which forms part of his campaign, according to Prof. Alabi offered him the opportunity to interact with the Chiefs and dialogue on issues.
Former NDC Member of Parliament for the La Dadekotopon Constituency, Nii Amasah Namoale was part of the entourage.
“This afternoon I had the opportunity to meet the Chiefs in Nima and Mamoobi. It was a very good meeting which afforded me an opportunity to once again listen to the feelings of our elders in the Zongos. Together, we shall work to resolve our challenges,” Prof Alabi stated in a short statement following his visit.
