We are delighted to have the opportunity to engage in a Q&A session with Mr. Prince Awuley, the Retail Director at ZEN Petroleum, Ghana's privately owned downstream petroleum company.

After 13 years of operations and an initial focus on supplying hydrocarbon products to the industrial sector, which led to ZEN becoming the largest supplier to the mining industry, the company has made significant progress by expanding into the retail market in recent years.

ZEN Petroleum's retail growth strategy is rooted in our commitment to providing quality fuel at the right quantity and price, as well as delivering world-class services to customers across Ghana. We recognize the significance of accessibility and convenience, which is why we have been expanding our retail network.

Through the strategic establishment of 45 stations throughout the country, our goal is to ensure that customers can easily access our products wherever they are in Ghana. This expansion not only strengthens our brand presence but also enables us to contribute to local economic development by creating job opportunities and fostering partnerships with local suppliers and service providers.

Ensuring access to our retail services is a top priority for ZEN Petroleum, especially in areas where infrastructure might pose challenges. We have taken several steps to address this issue.

Firstly, we strategically select locations for our retail stations to ensure coverage across different regions of Ghana, and we are progressively making inroads into more underserved areas. Additionally, with ZEN Logistics we have invested in robust logistics and distribution networks to ensure a steady supply of petroleum products to all our stations.
