Ebo Whyte starts year with 'Dubai Or No Sex’

Renowned playwright and director, Uncle Ebo Whyte, along with his talented team at Roverman Productions, has unveiled the details of their newest theatrical production, titled 'Dubai Or No Sex'.

The play, which delves into themes of honesty, integrity, the impact of social media, tells the story of Adwoa, who finds herself increasingly influenced by the apparent success of Simon, her husband's junior, leading her to make unreasonable demands of her husband. She wants a fancier car, a more luxurious lifestyle and vacations in exotic destinations like Dubai instead of Kwahu, which her husband prefers. Meanwhile, Barnabas her husband rejects a wonderful opportunity to make millions and make her dream come true. This makes Adwoa set an ultimatum for her husband, one that has the potential to destroy their marriage, forever.

The play will run from March 29th to April 7th, 2024, with showtimes scheduled for Fridays at 7pm, Saturdays at 4pm and 8pm, and Sundays at 1pm, 4pm, and 8pm. Tickets are priced at GHC200.
