Cornelius E. Avudzivi has been appointed as new Board Chair of EcoCapital Investment Management Ltd.
EcoCapital Investment Management Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Pastor and Lawyer Cornelius E. Avudzivi as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective June 1st, 2024.
Cornelius E. Avudzivi brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role as Chairman of EcoCapital Investment Management Limited. With a distinguished career spanning over 23 years in ICT, service delivery, legal practice, and Christian ministry, Cornelius E. Avudzivi possesses extensive experience in driving innovation, service delivery, and holistic business management.
He holds two degrees from the University of Ghana, Legon, a Master of Science degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and Professional I and II qualifications from the Ghana School of Law. Additionally, he holds a Call to the Bar and a Diploma in Theology from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, Saltpond.
Currently, he serves as one of two partners at Capital Law Partners Ltd and as the Senior Pastor of Life Center Assemblies of God, Agbogba, within the Adenta District of the Assemblies of God, Ghana. With this diverse background, Cornelius E. Avudzivi is well- equipped to lead the board and company towards achieving strategic goals and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
In his capacity as Chairman, Cornelius E. Avudzivi will oversee the board's activities, provide guidance and leadership to the management team, and ensure alignment with the company's vision, mission, values, and objectives. His extensive background in investment, law, IT, and client services will play a pivotal role in driving EcoCapital Investment Management Limited's continued growth and success in the dynamic and competitive investment landscape.
