For Chef Solomon, the Hot Kitchen is his stage a place where energy, skill, and precision come together. “The Hot Kitchen is a place of controlled chaos,” he says, “where pressure transforms into perfection on a plate.” His ability to turn intensity into art makes every dish a masterpiece, inviting guests to experience the creativity that happens behind the kitchen doors.

Meanwhile, Chef Pamela, from the Pastry Section, brings a touch of sweetness and joy to the team. Her passion lies in crafting desserts that go beyond taste and linger in the memory.

“Desserts are the grand finale to the guest’s meal,” she says. Each dessert is carefully balanced and plated with care, ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile and a lasting impression.
