Jobberman Ghana launches 'The Happy Program' initiative to connect employers with agricultural talent

Jobberman Ghana has embarked on a mission to create 8,000 decent jobs for youth ages of 15 and 35, women, and persons with disabilities. Out of the 8,000 jobs, 70% will be reserved for women. The initiative is being carried out through the Harnessing Agricultural Productivity and Prosperity for Youth (HAPPY) program, which is a collaborative project managed by a consortium of partners, in partnership with the MasterCard Foundation.

'The Happy Program' seeks to address the growing demand for skilled professionals in agriculture while empowering young people to pursue rewarding careers in this vital industry. Through training and job placement services, we aim to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in various roles within the agricultural value chain.

Our initiative comes at a crucial time when there is a pressing need to harness the potential of youth in agriculture to drive innovation, sustainability, and economic growth. Investing in the next generation of agricultural leaders can create a more resilient and prosperous future for Ghana's agricultural sector.
