It is with sentiments of sorrow and regret that we convey our deepest condolences to both NPP and the immediate family of the late Lawyer Kwadwo Owusu-Afriyie - " Sir John "
A great loss, a political gem, a friend, a brother and our grassroot soldier has fallen without a whisper on his journey of no return, at the time we needed him most.
Indeed, death is one of the hardest journey that no one wishes to embark upon .but interestingly it is through which our creator calls to give us eternal life.
Wofa Sir John paid his dues dutifully to his nation and political party.
His immense contributions toward national discourse, political space, kindness and sense of humour will forever and keenly be remembered by the elephant family.
We, therefore, pray for strength and calm, that we remain resolute, united as one family, strong, shoulder to shoulder, rise above pettiness and lies and above all let us all use this difficult moment to reflect and support the President to build Ghana.
May the soul of our gallant patriot finds rest in the bosom of the Almighty God.
