The Managing Director of Engen Ghana Limited Brent Nartey has expressed excitement toward the success of the company which has been in operation for the past 25 years.

“Our Silver Jubilee is a celebration of our collective successes, indomitable spirit, and longevity. It is a testament to our resolve to never compromise on service excellence, maintaining a clear focus on safety and sustainability, whilst meeting the evolving needs and expectations of our customers without compromising on quality,” said Nartey.

“Over the course of twenty-five years, we’ve expanded, and we’ve shrunk; we’ve won victories, but we’ve also suffered defeats; we’ve made profits and we’ve also made losses; we’ve faced and continue to face many challenges within the business, the industry, and the local and global economy, but we are still here. The spirit of resiliency has held us together throughout the years,” he added.

With the successes chalked, Nartey expressed the need to achieve more and also keep impacting society in a positive way. “A future where collaboration and partnership, combined with our core values of Integrity, Ownership, Leadership, Performance, Teamwork and Respect, will fuel our drive to retain our position as one of the leading and well-respected OMCs in Ghana. This dynamism will not only allow us to survive, but to thrive in a highly competitive and evolving market. As responsible corporate citizens, we recognize that our success is intrinsically linked to the health of the communities in which we operate.”
