Required Qualifications & Experience:
• HND, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Health Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
