Ahmed Ibrahim is the Minister for Works, Housing and Water Resources
Goldsyn Group has officially unveiled City Vallanza, a 46-villa residential development introducing a new urban villa concept to Ghana's luxury housing market, at a launch event held in Accra on September 11, 2026.
The launch event brought together government officials, industry stakeholders, development partners, prospective homeowners and members of the media to experience the vision behind the development, located along Liberation Road in the Airport precinct.
Speaking at the launch, Minister for Works, Housing and Water Resources, Hon. Ahmed Ibrahim, said projects such as City Vallanza demonstrate the contribution of private capital, innovation and entrepreneurship to Ghana's housing sector and the continued transformation of Accra.
“Ghana continues to experience growing demand for quality housing, particularly in our urban centres. Projects such as City Vallanza demonstrate what private capital, innovation and entrepreneurship can contribute to the growth of the housing sector and the continued transformation of Accra,” he said.
The Minister noted that continued investment by private developers is important to meeting the country's growing housing needs, particularly as urban centres expand and demand for quality residential developments increases.
In his remarks, Director of Sales and Marketing at Goldsyn Group, Neo Lee, said City Vallanza goes beyond the traditional definition of luxury by focusing on the overall residential experience, with features designed around privacy, community and comfort.
“At City Vallanza, we have gone beyond the traditional definition of luxury by creating a residential experience built around privacy, community and comfort. Our three innovations, the separation of pedestrian and vehicle movement, the community-in-a-park concept and private garden spaces are designed to give residents a different way of living,” he said.
City Vallanza features separate pedestrian and vehicle movement, a “Community in the Park” concept, private leisure and recreational spaces, security systems and private garden areas.

The development is also located within close proximity to the airport, hotels, schools, healthcare facilities, shopping and other key destinations, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028.
The development forms part of Goldsyn Group's growing presence in Ghana's residential property market, offering homeowners an urban living environment that brings together privacy, convenience, community and contemporary design.
