Innovare Limited partners Izwe Africa on AI, privacy and information security systems

Innovare Limited, a leading management consulting and technology solutions provider, today announced a landmark governance and management systems implementation partnership with Izwe Africa, a licensed pan-African financial services provider.

Under the new partnership, Innovare will design, deploy and scale a custom Integrated Management System (IMS) that builds on Izwe’s existing ISO/IEC 27001-certified Information Security Management System (ISMS) and adds Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS) and Privacy Information Management System (PIMS) capabilities to accelerate Izwe Africa’s digital transformation goals.

The multi-phase implementation aligns with ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701 standards to strengthen Izwe Africa’s processes and management capabilities through an effective, risk-based approach. It will address privacy, data governance and the responsible development of AI solutions.
