The project was never terminated. CP just stopped work when Kufuor came to power.
When Kufuor left he presented a claim based on termination by Kufuor admininstration.
Mills , Mahama and the entire cabinet looked on and Betty Mould approved to pay 94m Euro ---$120m --500m Cedis just like that.
They never consulted the Road authorities. They never consulted Kufuor administration.
Corrupt Goodluck Jonathan is gone.
John Mahama the super corrupt thief is next.

Ignorant robert, woyome can only pay with interest if indeed there is a proof that he had fraudulently recieved the cash. He is paying back bcos the illegality of the contract which to me wasn't his fault.

Later on Ibrahim made it public thathe had paid the loan when the Bank went bankcrupt and he ended up owning the majority share of that Bank.
Woyome initially appealed to he Attorney General department to allow him to pay back this money in installment of half a million Ghana cedis a year, that would have taken him 102 years to pay that money back.
How is he going to pay this money back by the end of the year if he needed 102 years initially to pay this money?
In exchange not to name names of those who benefitted from this loot, I believe a secret agreement has been reached where Woyome debt of 51 million will be written off as having been paid by this government.

This money has been with woyome since then and he's doing business with it, only God knows how much interest he ha made on it,yet we re not taking it with iinterest why?. Under Kwame Nkrumah all this old judges got the best education because someone made it happened, today everything is collapsed and no one want to talk because he/she is a friend to someone or the other in high office at the expense of mother Ghana.
