Its wrong to criticise the judge who is only a message carrying out his duty. What is 'bafflingly' a seeming coincidental is the choice of the judge who ruled that Alamisi contrary could interrogate Woyomi notwithstanding the constituition giving The AG the sole right. Well, he jailed Tsatsu who appealed and won. The worry is why should ONLY he sit as a panel, Theodora? lead us not into temptation, please.

Glad to learn that the judge presiding over this case is neither Atuguba nor Apau, two of the most despicable justices that sat in our Supreme Court. A Solomon has now been appointed.

THE DECISION BY THE ANIN -YEBOAH SITTING IN COURT IS IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. IN THIS CASE CONSIDERATION TO THE CONSTITUTION MUST BE PARAMOUNT.
IT IS NOT LIKE A PARAMOUNT CHIEF OR AN ODIKRO SITING IN HIS COURT YARD AND USING HIS SOLE POWERS AND AUTHORITY TO JUDGE A CASE WITHOUT ANY CHALLENGE. KWADZO AMETEFE HAS REALLY MADE A VERY GOOD POINT. NO ONE PERSON CAN INTERPRETE OR DETERMINE THE CONSTITUTION SOLELY, ON THEIR OWN. THIS WOULD BE INCONSISTENT WITH REGARD TO ARTICLE 2(1), 128,130, 134 OF 1992 CONSTITUTION.

There is an axiom which says, 'Justice delayed is justice denied.' Ghanaians are not serious at all in their work. The altitude of judges in Ghana is not encouraging. How can this judge waste time in postponing the case? Is he discouraging Amidu, or what? No doubt that he is a Third World judge. He is treating Wayome with kid's glove. In USA, you cannot steal one Dollar and go scot free as it is happening in third world countries. We do not value for money. These are some of the reasons why a white man calls us 'Black Monkeys.'

Where is Amidu? The last time the case was adjourned, he blamed Mahama Mahama and did politics with it. Now he's quiet. This lends some credence to the assertion that he has a personal vendetta against Mahama and the NDC at large. So much for the honest upstanding citizen vigilante. Hypocrisy and sour grapes.
