  Whoever is listening from the government can consider this as a serious offer to purchase (US$1m) and return the iconic hotel to it's full, functioning state. I make this open offer to avoid being tossed about and the public guessing about some secret price hocus, pocus price. Take it from people, in its current state it's worth just a bit more than demolishing. But I am prepared to risk the possibility and investment to salvage the structure from years of salt weakening.
