One fact is that almost all arrested in connection with the bomb throwing were acquitted and discharged but by a strange law then, Nkrumah sacked and detained then first Ghanaian chief Justice Sir Arku Korsah and the case was tried once again by Justice Srebour. That case never ended and Nkrumah was over thrown. All said and done, by the Ghanaian culture when a person dies, he should have his funeral held. Nkrumah died in 1972 but his funeral was held in 1992 by Late JJ Rawlings, so please its no sin to have Danquah's funeral held
