  The shoddy work of artisans is the reason. Achimota, Prempeh, Opoku Ware, Ghana Secondary School and the like have never experienced these calamities after any rainstorm, even though they were built some close to a decade ago. Have the authorities asked why schools roofed as recently as 6 months ago, suffer such calamities. The corruption is just too much in Ghana

  I urge the ministry of finance and MoE not to honour any such reporting letter with mr kwabena owusu's name as municipal director of education .
