  Firstly, you all have your paramount areas of jurisdiction. That includes you, Kwaku Duah.
  Your paramount area is KUMASI. You're not enstool anyone in their jurisdiction. Their jurisdiction becomes part of the Union. However, you do not own it absolutely, since they can opt in / opt out.
  
  You're only given the powers to act as chairman of the Union/association.
