So whatever u feel or think is right , must be right, sleeping with an under 17 yrs in Ghana, whether with her consent or by force, is a crime, u will be charged with defilement and can face up to 15 yrs or even more jail time. Defilement, in this instance means, the girl isn't matured, u took advantage of her not so matured brain, innocence and naivety to have sex with her.
