In America they check your credits before they give you a loan, job, house to rent. Africa is totally different because we don't have educated thinkers to rule us in Africa. Leaders in Africa don't understand what is leadership. Until we get able smart thinkers in Ghana to rule us. Ghana has become like animal farm.   down those defaulting on their child maintenance payments.
  
  And same across the world, in Ghana there are folks paying child maintenance or child support through this ministry Gender and whatever.
