If there were refuse bins everywhere, they could have allowed the kids to defecate in bags and discuss them. Stop vilifying foreigners. Right under a bridge, an extension of the Nkrumah Interchange towards State Housing Company and just by VIP station, there are some aliens who have turned the area into their home. They have their bags, clothes, utensils, mattresses and what have you, under such a busy road. They cook under that bridge, using firewood as fuel and they are as many as four friends or family of different sexes. The authorities use that road morning and evening everyday and are well aware of the filth and uncivilized things happening under the bridge but have all turned a blind eye. Nana Akomea also uses that road to and from his office at State Transport Company (STC) all the time. He sits on TV to talk about what should be done but doesn't appear to see this? I am amazed.
