Why would a student go to school with a knife in his bag?Does it mean his parents,teachers and friends did not see it considering the fact that Godwin was known to be naughty?The signs were there but we failed to notice it.

The poor training is a problem. The same thing is happening in the USA; parents would say these are “American kids” so they leave them to do anything while those from GOOD American homes are trained well. It’s sad.
