Ghanaian politicians don't listen to good advice from the good people of Ghana. These politicians never learn from their past mistakes
How many rich parents are prepared to pay fees for their children in high schools when the government has made it free? Does it make economic sense for these rich parents?
The government has to make the free funding means tested. Then the rich will be made to pay.
