  If you cross any bridge new or old with a load over and above its capacity it will collapse. You into this matter and you may discover the driver was using short cut instead of designated roads for his size of load. The owner will have to pay for the repair of the bridge. Ghanians are too irresponsible and will blame authorities instead of the driver who did this foolhardy thing.

  "Capsize" shouldn't be the right word. It's not a boat and it didn't happen in water either. It should be rollover or tip over. Some of us are learning while reading so let's be circumspect of our chosen lexicons.
