They can't be jailed just because they have been accused of wrong doing. It's only a competent court of jurisdiction can jail any of them or both or both not guilty. When a matter of this nature comes to the public domain, we shouldn't prejudge as this is one sided story. In Ghana today, we perceive every political opponent as corrupt but we don't see any prosecution when the table turns. From 1992 till this time only a peanut of politicians had gone to jail for corrupt practices. If we consider how government officials are tag as corrupt but nothing is found against them when new government takes over. I suppose the only punishment they get is that their government is voted out of power. It has been a cycle between npp and ndc and it seems the only way to win power is to accuse the government in power of massive corruption but no one is prosecuted in the end.
Eyes are watching how ORAL will work to achieve results.
