  Pres.Mahama's appointments ,so far so good ,but would advise for a good working plan that does not discriminate the choice of the appointee. Some men advocate against the choice of a "villager" as a KMA boss/ appointee, and the chiefs support for locally based or local residential choice for MP's and MMDCE seats in the constituents, municipalities and districts. Not only this but a true son / daughter of the localities of choices. And if this true then those who have lived in the major cities over years deserve to own the cities and offices of regional ministers ,mayor ,mmdce,MPs ,school heads ,regional education directors and all regional offices in the cities.Local content needs to be given a second look in order to creat a healthy and fair society of choice of leadership. In most cases, the deepness and shallowness of knowing affect the delivery of work because of the size of the area they are brought up. And if not true then why is it that a villager is easily identified on first arrival in a city.
