  NRSA the question is what I You going to improve Stop Stopping the High Rate of the Accident's, The Ration is not important, Human beings are dieing.Mr Road Minister,So many things must be Change.Laws and Regulations are not working.No Road Signs,Old CAR'S are moving which suppose not to be use again.Unhonest Criminal Police are on duty, Collecting bribes.Bad Roads is Normal in Ghana,So many Road Minister's Rulers Came and gone, to date, the same thing.
