  Make-ups for what if not for prostitution?
  The end result is the high rate of prostitution across the length and breadth of the country.

  Exactly Kwame Angel, you have hit the nail right on the head. The minister should concentrate on how to create an environment for jobs to spring up.As for Prostitution it is as old as creation.It will not go away.
