The security agencies must do everything with in their powers to arrest those involved and sentence to life in prison for such a heinous crime against humanity.

We pay people huge money's to work on our behalf but they enjoy the largesse and do shit. Why can't BNI, police CID or national security just set these scrap buyers up? Why is Parliament not enacting laws to regulate the scrap industry in particular and recycling in general? Catch and prosecute two or three through undercover or convert investigation and people will be scared to dare anything close.
