The gossip could mean that she was revealing damaging stories about her affair with the Azaar Prophet taking 300gh to help a woman maintain an adulterous relationship. How can a Pastor do this? Women should know that most pastors they approach with their problems will end up sleeping with them and take their money too. The pastors will kick out the victims if they start talking and call them demons, witches sent to attack them. It happens on with young, sexually attractive women, never the old ladies.

1992 cobstitutuion Article 19(11):
No person shall be convicted of a criminal offence unless the defined and the penalty for it is prescribed in a written law.

This is in chapter 5 of the constituion which has Fundamental human right as a heading.

All that it is saying is before you cause the arrest of someone for a particular offence,That offence shall have to be written and backed by law with its accompanying punishment otherwise it will be difficult which the same law says unlawful arrest!

So you can't arrest the pastors you are talking about unless you can point to the crime he or she has committed abd the prescribed punishment that goes with it Again Ghana is guided by Criminal offences act 1960 act 29 so what you will accused the Osofo must be foud here with the accompanying punishment
