Mr. Shacmann, the real bad luck is when in the year 2020 a ceremony with President Akuffo Addo, his Roads Minister and the NPP MP/Candidate for the 2020 elections Abayifa Karbo cut the sod for a bridge in in Dikpe to over the black volta to link Burkina Faso. Had that bridge been completed this tragedy would have been prevented.
We will have to find out if the contract had been paid and what work was done of whether the ceremony was just a deceit for votes in the 2020 election. That is the REAL BAD LUCK we should talk about.
