  The only reason this case was dismissed is that the said chief is a bonafide member of NDC who also serves as a sub chief of Mrs Agyemang Badu of Dormaa. How can the Supreme Court throw the case back to the same chieftaincy court involved in the litigation? No wonder NDC is racing so fast to stack the Supreme Court with party dummies.
