I am very sorry to comment on this issue my first concern is if the chief of the community has identified these Menace and the perpetrators are mostly from Nigeria what is the chief doing before the dce and assembly comes in the change must it come from talk to bottom or bottom top so the chief you are there and you see these people what is your effort that you are doing to encounter this societal Menace my point is that you should have done better other than looking up to the DC and assembly to do something because the chief you are there and you see this so whatever it is the chief must do something first
