  Poor maintenance culture at work again. As usual no body will be held responsible for not inspecting the lifts. We wait until they are broken then we start to complain. There is lot to do in resetting the country. We should start prosecuting people for negligence of duty. I suggest that from now onwards, state institutions should include a budget line for maintenance. The utilization of funds from this budget line should be carefully monitored to ensure that there are no misappropriation funds allocated for maintenence.
