Does the scholarship cover only tuition? We need some more clarification. Why should the Government of Ghana pay for the students cost of living if they are offered full scholarship by the Russian state?
Open your eyes that is the strategy that Russia is using to recruit Africans to fight for them in Ukraine. It has happened in Senegal, Mali and other places in Africa. You can google and see.

Africans are prepared to go anywhere in the world provided it is outside Africa. I am sure people will even like to go and study in Afghanistan if there is a scholarship available for that. Our low self-esteem is killing us.
