In the video, a person can be heard making sounds that appeared to be the desperate cry of the truck's conductor or driver in an unknown language as residents busily gathered packs of rice to take home.
The post attracted a string of comments from users who found the actions of the residents insensitive.
One user, identified as glory_bwoy12, said, “It’s quite unfortunate that in about 60 people over there, no one has sense that looting those bags of rice brings losses to the business owner.”
Another user, Arthur @PaaChicharito, added, “They careless about how much the owners would lose. It's an avenue to loot and yet we always want to blame politicians.”
