  Everyone is talking about the overturned truck and looting. Nobody is asking how the truck got overturned. Most trucks are overloaded and ply the roads unchecked. So with very little imbalance, they get into these types of accidents. Sometimes the truck is faulty and cannot bear its load, yet they are allowed to go unchecked.
  I think height bars must be installed on the highways so that any truck that loads above a certain height, about 12 ft from the ground, cannot cross and this will be an automatic check for the drivers and merchants.
